Equipping Our Children for a Successful School Year
The Katchoua Foundation is pleased to announce its upcoming Back-to-School Outreach, created to support children and families as they prepare for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The event will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Bankim, Cameroon.
During the outreach, pupils will receive essential educational materials, including exercise books, pens, pencils, rulers, calculators, erasers, coloring materials, sharpeners, and other available school supplies. Children and young people will also receive helpful educational guidance and encouragement as they prepare to begin the new school year.
Distribution Information
Pupils in Classes 1–6 will be the primary beneficiaries. Secondary school students may receive supplies only if materials remain after the primary school pupils present have been served.
To ensure a fair and orderly distribution:
- Every pupil or student receiving supplies must be physically present.
- Parents and guardians cannot collect supplies for children who are absent.
- Distribution will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All supplies are available only while stocks last.
Through this initiative, the Katchoua Foundation hopes to ease some of the back-to-school burden on families, encourage children in their education, and help pupils begin the new academic year with confidence and hope.
We warmly invite eligible pupils, students, parents, guardians, church members, and members of the Bankim community to help us share this announcement with families who may benefit.
