Routine donations of Sanitary pads by Katchoua Foundation
28 May, we focused on education about menstruation and the donation of sanitary pads.
Offering free sanitary products to less privileged and underprivileged girls in Government Practicing School. This initiative, which aims to combat period poverty, is the best idea so far in Buea -SWR.
Katchoua Foundation understands the needs of a girl child. Katchoua Foundation – Menstrual Hygiene Day (KF-MHD) is open to all the less privileged, underprivileged, street children, and orphans. God’s Will said that providing free sanitary pads to them is one way to help address poverty, increase school attendance, and support students’ well-being.
We say no to rags, the use of leaves, and unhealthy materials as pads.
Fulfilling monthly pads donation to these girls at Government Practicing school molyko II in Cameroon was our focus in today’s outreach.
The feeling of finally getting sanitary pads every month from the Katchoua Foundation feels good.
The girls felt a sense of satisfaction after receiving their monthly pad donation from KF. These routine donations result in a reminder of the intrinsic motivations shared by so many as they seek to make the world a better place.
We can make Cameroon a stigma-free country by addressing Menstrual Hygiene.
Our continuous donation will remind you and our community of the need to address Menstrual Health and Hygiene.
We are convinced that it is possible to end period stigma and period poverty in Cameroon and the world at large.
We’re counting on you to join us and fight period poverty.
